The shelters at the property include a larger than a tiny home yet, smaller than a house (550 sqft) structure with open design & walk-through kitchen, living room with queen futon, loft space with floor mattress and semi-private bedroom area (queen size bed)/big-screen DVD player & desk. On the property are two tipis and a solar school bus. The property also features a shared outdoor kitchen and 3,000 sq. ft. patio/deck overlooking the river.
