LOCATION - 1 mile southeast of downtown Fredericksburg HOSTS - Home to yourselves SLEEPS - 8 people; Master bedroom with King bed, Queen bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twins beds, sleeper sofa in living room BATH - 2 baths; shower/tub in both baths KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen BREAKFAST - No breakfast. Coffee and teas provided AMENITIES - 32” flat screen TVs in living area and master, WiFi, utility room w/ washer/dryer, large covered front porch with rockers, swing, table & chairs, fenced in backyard with a small courtyard and a charcoal grill, garage available with seating and extra refrigerator and horseshoes Children welcome but no pets, please.
