Carriage Park Retreat can sleep six and is located just over a half a mile from Fredericksburg's Main Street. The home has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a spacious loft which is being utilized as a bedroom. All three have king beds. The kitchen is fully stocked should you decide to dine in. It has dinnerware, flatware sets, pots and pans, quality knives, and a coffee pot with filters. The bathrooms have all the amenities that you will need.
There is Wi-Fi throughout the home with 200 Mbps of speed. The living room features an Amazon Echo Plus, 65" Samsung Smart TV, and a electric fireplace. The home is equipped with a water softener with a whole house water filtration system. In the backyard, you will enjoy a covered patio, a propane BBQ, patio table and chairs, as well as two seating areas and a propane fire pit.
The garage can accommodate a mid-sized or small vehicle. There is space for additional vehicles on the parking pad next to the garage. Any oversized vehicles can be parked next to the mailboxes, on a first-come, first-served basis. No street parking allowed.
