The Canoe Barn is a private room with bath and kitchen attached to the owner's house by a deck. The deck looks over peaceful Barons Creek where deer are often seen. It is 1 mile from the heart of downtown. Featuring Ponderosa pine with cedar beams and a finished concrete floor. The deck will be your favorite place to hang out in Fredericksburg. Washer/dryer/iron/ironing board are in my kitchen, just inside the door from the back deck.
The Kayak Barn is a bedroom and adjacent bath downstairs inside the owner's home. The "Barn" is 940 square feet downstairs with a loft upstairs. The guest room has a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. Soap, shampoo, towels, and hair dryer provided. Guest can access the living room, porch, patio, back yard, and kitchen.
