Built in 2022, The Heavy Pour is just the place for a family reunion or couples traveling together on a Fredericksburg vacation. The property can sleep up to 14 guests. Each dreamy vacation day can be filled with a plethora of fun activities the whole gang will enjoy with the sparkling pool, gas grill, furnished patio, and expansive deck all at your fingertips for tanning and reminiscing with loved ones. There is even a fenced yard and medium-size crate for those traveling with dogs. Keep an eye out for deer, rabbits, hummingbirds, turkeys, or roadrunners while watching the sunset. The serene neighborhood is the perfect place to take in the fresh air with a beautiful walk, run, or bike ride. Or, you can easily venture out and visit the charming restaurants, cafes, and shops downtown. Plus, you are located mere moments from the heart of Texas Wine Country.
Though plenty of attractions will fit into your vacation, simply relaxing at home may be the best part, with the expansive two-story layout. The open layout to the lower level will make entertaining a breeze, especially with the streaming capabilities of the mounted TV, a fireplace to cozy up beside in winter, and a wine room/bar area to whip up cocktails or indulge in a glass of wine each evening. The stylish fully stocked kitchen is outfitted with an expansive island, bar seating, modern appliances, a dishwasher, and a fun tile backsplash to allow the chef of the group to feel right at home while preparing tasty meals and snacks.
Upstairs, a second living area awaits with a sectional, large TV, a fun motorcycle-themed shelving unit, and access to the upper deck. If you are looking to whip up some snacks to enjoy, the wet bar offers a wine fridge, sink, and Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. Two of the five bedrooms are primary suites, and both en-suite bathrooms feature a double vanity and luxurious rain shower. The third and fourth guest rooms also feature en-suite bathrooms, while the fifth bedroom sits adjacent to a bathroom with a beautiful and spacious shower. A half bathroom on the main level plus a half bathroom off the pool area adds convenience during your stay.
