This completely private haven is located only 13 miles from downtown Fredericksburg, but it is worlds away from city life. The oldest part of this luxurious retreat was built in 1840 several miles to the west and moved and reassembled at its current location by its current owners. The master bedroom features delightful antiques and a queen sized bed. A cozy loft above offers two single beds overlooking the living room fireplace.
Spring Log Haus is the perfect place to come spend a week for a true taste of the Texas Hill Country! It is completely outfitted with dishwasher, microwave, range/oven, refrigerator and all utensils, so you can prepare your own meals. Of course, your stay includes a continental breakfast of homemade breads and jellies to enjoy in the light and airy breakfast atrium. Guests have returned five, seven, even ten times and more during Spring Log Haus‚ many years of serving up Texas style hospitality. After one stay at Spring Log Haus, you are sure to become one of her many admiring fans! Plan to book early as Spring Log Haus often books well in advance. Spring Log Haus does not accept reservations during November and December due to hunting season.
