The Kuhlmann Haus was established in 1897.  It’s a large country farmhouse that has been lovingly restored. The Kuhlmann Haus may have been refurbished but kept its antique finishings. The home has four private bedrooms and two private bathrooms. Outside in the backyard there is a large patio with a hot tub, gas fire pit and a charcoal grill for your enjoyment. This home is perfect for a large family or a group of friends to get together and enjoy and relaxing weekend in Fredericksburg. Maximum occupancy is eight.
