Working alongside our chef, you'll prepare an entire gourmet dinner using nothing but cast iron while learning the techniques that make this cookware an essential kitchen investment. Throughout the class, we'll cover everything you need to know, including seasoning your skillet, proper heat management, cleaning without damaging the finish, long-term care, and storage techniques that will keep your cast iron performing beautifully for decades.
