A time to honor those who have served, this Veterans Day Program is a time to pay respect and show support for the nation's veterans. This year's program will begin in the Memorial Courtyard at 11:00 am CST.

Pacific Valor, the National Museum of the Pacific War's living flagship history battle, immerses attendees in the stories of real-life Medal of Honor recipients during World War II. This program will transport guests to the small island of Tarawa, where Staff Sergeant William James Bordelon gave his life fighting as a demolitionist against Japanese entrenchments in November of 1943.

Come to this free Outpost program to learn about the living conditions, equipment, and philosophy of the Imperial Japanese troops.

Join us for the long-awaited Grand Reopening of the George H.W. Bush Gallery at the National Museum of the Pacific War. This marks the first major renovation since 2009, unveiling an updated gallery filled with new artifacts, interactive features, and immersive storytelling.
The day begins with a ceremony from 10:00–10:30 AM, featuring remarks from Museum leadership and a special guest speaker (to be announced).
Immediately following the ribbon cutting at 10:30 AM, admission to the Museum will be free for all visitors throughout the day.

Join us as we come together at the National Museum of the Pacific War for our annual Pearl Harbor Commemoration on Sunday, December 7th beginning at 11:55 am. The event honors the thousands killed or injured during the 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor. Members of the public are invited to gather at the Pearl Harbor Wall of the Memorial Courtyard.
The commemoration will begin with a wreath laying by the Pearl Harbor Wall followed by a brief speech from our CEO. Each attendee will then be given flags to place around the Memorial Courtyard in honor of Pearl Harbor.

As the Pacific War raged on, Japanese defenses only became stronger as American troops inched neared to the Japanese home islands. Visit this free outpost to learn about how the Marine Corps handled such defenses using everything from tanks to satchel charges, including live flamethrower demonstrations!
Join us at the Pacific Combat Zone on Austin Street at 11:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. The Outposts are free and open to the public, there's no need for a ticket!
