Michael Ros is a boutique winery located in Fredericksburg. Mike and Rosann Mitrione started their journey to turn a passion into a business about 10 years ago. The winery prides itself in making 100% Texas wine, delivering an exceptional experience in a laid back environment. The winery is committed to growing their own vines to control the process from ground to glass. The winery is also committed to being good stewards of natural resources by minimizing their impact on the planet. They repurpose natural resources including turning damaged trees into tasting room tables and practice water conservation by cleaning and reusing reclaimed water for irrigation purposes.
