Classes can range from a four-course meal to a deliciously sweet pastry class. The flavorful journey includes notes on local history and culture, techniques from chefs and grandmothers, tips on Fredericksburg wineries and restaurants, and no shortage of wisdom about food, wine and life. Classes include wines from the Texas Hill Country. Looking to host a private cooking class for your group? Fischer & Wieser is currently accepting bookings for groups of two to 10.
