Browse thousands of books at the Pioneer Memorial Library's annual book sale. We'll be on the library grounds this year from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Find bestsellers, your next favorite fiction series, nonfiction, kids books, cookbooks and more. Prices range from $1 to $3, and we'll also have some special and collectible items. Proceeds support Library programs. Cash or check only, please. Hosted by the Friends of the Pioneer Memorial Library volunteer organization.
Weather Update
Recent weather brought flooding to portions of Gillespie County and surrounding communities, and our thoughts are with everyone who has been impacted. We are grateful that the rain has moved through the area, and the vast majority of Fredericksburg and Gillespie County businesses are open. Residents and visitors are encouraged to check directly with individual businesses for current hours or availability and refer to TxDOT and the City of Fredericksburg for the latest road conditions and any localized closures.
