Trio Aurora is comprised of Dr. Fagner Rocha (violin), Dr. Daria Miskiewicz (cello), and Dr. Eun Mi Lee (piano). Other performers include artist faculty Fiona Shea, Stephanie Westney, Jennifer Clark, and Mark Morton.

The Fredericksburg Summer Music Institute woodwind and brass faculty will perform a concert on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 7 p.m. at Rock Box Theater. The concert will feature our esteemed artist faculty Mezraq Ramli (oboe), Daniel Pardo (flute), Vanguel Tangarov (clarinet), Sarah Wildey-Richmond (bassoon), Guglielmo Manfredi (horn), Mary Thornton (trumpet), JD Handshoe (Trombone) and Arturo Galvan (Tuba).

The Fredericksburg Summer Music Institute featured soloists will present a concert on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 7 p.m. at St. Joseph's Halle. Almost 60 college students from all across the country will join us for a week of concerts, symphonic rehearsals, and classes with world class music professors. A select few will be chosen to perform at this concert!

Fredericksburg, Texas — The Fredericksburg Community Orchestras is thrilled to announce the inaugural Fredericksburg Summer Music Institute 2026, a premier collegiate-level orchestra and chamber music festival coming to the heart of the Texas Hill Country. This exciting cultural event will bring together exceptional musical talent from universities across the state for a week of intensive collaboration, performance, and artistic excellence. Our final performance of the festival will feature soloist Fiona Shea with our Festival Symphony Orchestra in a concert like Fredericksburg has never seen before.

From the Morning Meet & Greet to the Matinee event and evening Dinner & Show, each experience offers a chance to relive the moments that made The Waltons so meaningful. Tickets are limited, and this unique fan gathering is expected to sell out. We invite you to join us for a day filled with memories, laughter, and the stories that remind us why some shows stay with us forever.
Sunday from Noon–4:00 PM, join the cast members for an informal afternoon of conversation, light lunch, and relaxed Hill Country hospitality. No script, no stage—just stories, laughter, and time together. Tickets are also limited for this event.
