The Speakeasy is a specialty cocktail laboratory on a 10-acre orchard in Fredericksburg. The Speakeasy serves spirts from Salvation Spirits, which makes vodka, gin and brandy infused with fruit such as peaches, plums, pears and blackberries. Beer and wine is also available for purchase.
