Pearl's Place 2 is a completely remodeled, basically brand-new home. It sits on a large corner lot that boasts mature magnolia and pecan trees and features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Pearl's Place 2 is a perfect place for families and friends to gather, along with your four legged family members. The house has all the amenities you’ll need to thoroughly enjoy your visit to Fredericksburg. Inside you can prepare a snack or meal in the fully-stocked kitchen. Then play some family games around the dining table. You may want to relax on the sofa with a movie on the large TV. Each bedroom offers its own private TV as well as quality bedding. Pearl’s Place 2 has a large patio with three seating areas and a large fenced in backyard. This is a no smoking property. If you're looking to host a large group, the original Pearl's Place is next door. Both properties can be rented together to accommodate your larger group.
