OpiKopi and OpiKopi 360Degrees are two large homes located on a 50 acre ranch in Fredericksburg. The entire property can sleep 24 guests, ideal for family vacations, reunions, retreats and more. Each home has full access to the pool, hot tub, grill and walking trails. OpiKopi360Degrees is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that can sleep 12 people. There is a full-kitchen with coffee maker, an outdoor patio area with fire pit, gas grill and seating area. OpiKopi Main House is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home that can sleep 12 people. There is a full-kitchen with coffee maker, an outdoor patio area with fire pit, gas grill and seating area.
