Overview
Morris Suite at R&D Oaks is is a large one bedroom getaway set on 10 acres just 10 minutes from Fredericksburg. It has a full bath with stand up shower (no tub) with king size bed, and a sofa sleeper. The kitchenette features an apartment-sized refrigerator with small freezer, coffee maker and microwave. Outside, there is a patio with a grill and plentiful trees and wildlife.
