Built in 1923 by Edward Stein, the Magnolia House was consistently voted one of the top B&Bs in Fredericksburg since 1991. It has been converted from a B&B and is now a premier vacation rental in which you can rent the entire five bedroom house for a gathering with friends and family or as spacious suites with separate sitting areas, fireplaces and private entrances. The home features the Lilli Marleen & American Beauty suites, which include 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, and the Magnolia and Bluebonnet suites are each 1 bedroom and 1 bath.
