Overview

Grapetown Cottages are luxurious and modern farmhouse cottages located just outside of Fredericksburg. The property has two cottages-Oak and Elm. They can be rented separately or together- sleeping a total of eight. The outdoor spaces of these cottages create a place for making memories and spending time with friends or family. Oak Cottage features a farmhouse kitchen, living room with Smart TV and two king suites, each with their own full bathrooms. Elm is a studio-style cottage that has a king bed, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, full kitchen and living space with a Smart TV.
