Gladheart is a luxury guesthouse development located on 13 acres just minutes from Fredericksburg and currently offering seven different vacation rental options and a communal game room/fitness center with bathroom facilities. Vaughan House is a stunning traditional yet modern three bedroom, two bathroom cottage sleeping up to eight people and Sundance Studio is an opulent, spacious and open plan accommodation sleeping up to four people. Lavish yet invitingly decorated each guesthouse offers cozy living areas with fireplaces, TV’s and wifi throughout, fully equipped kitchens and dining areas including coffee/tea stations with a selection of gourmet coffees and teas, and king size beds in each bedroom with memory foam mattresses and luxurious linens. In each, you will also find newly renovated bathrooms with superior fittings and lush botanical toiletries. Each guesthouse has its own picturesque landscapes which can be enjoyed from their private decks or large outdoor hot tubs. Both also offer private outdoor showers and private outdoor entertainment/dining areas with barbecue grills as well as plenty of activities to enjoy. Lucinda, a luxurious travel trailer which has been renovated and converted into a quaint and delightfully decorated 1 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse. Willie, Henly and Selena are luxurious one bedroom rustic modern tiny houses with a full kitchen and bathroom sleeping up to three. The tiny houses feature a king-sized bed, workstation, Smart TV and a second story loft with a pullout futon. They are equipped with heating and air conditioning. Janis is also a a spacious, luxurious and exquisitely decorated one bedroom studio home with a full kitchen, full bathroom and tons of amenities including a private exquisitely landscaped yard with a private hot tub, firepit and views of a scenic Texas Hill Country landscape. It can sleep up to four people. Waylon is a cozy cabin that can sleep two. In the living area, you will find a cozy couch and indoor fireplace. When the sunsets, soak in the hot tub or stay warm by the glass filled fire pit. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessities for those wishing to cook or dine in. The entire property can now be rented to accommodate up to 30 people. The communal area is only a short stroll from your accommodation and offers a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard, darts, and variety of games. The gym hosts an incline treadmill/trainer, elliptical trainer, weights and a private yoga/meditation room.
