The mission of Fredericksburg Pie Company is to serve pie that is as good as, or better than, the pies their Mothers and Grandmothers made. Made with fresh ingredients from scratch, the selection changes daily with up to 20 different kinds of pie. Sold by the slice or by the whole pie. They can also provide pies for special occasions and weddings. Family owned and operated, they are also the home of their own private label coffee, Fredericksburg Texas Coffee, offering over 16 flavors in whole bean or ground. Seasonal flavors available, too! Come see the antique quilts and browse the vintage treasures including cookbooks, linens, tablecloths, doilies and tea towels. Outside seating is pet friendly!
