Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods’s Culinary Adventure Tasting Room is located inside the historic Das Peach Haus. The tasting room highlights Texas wines including the new Fischer & Wieser Culinary Adventure Wine Collection, in honor of the 50th anniversary of Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods. The Culinary Adventure Tasting Room encourages guests to taste each wine with many Fischer & Wieser sauces, exploring the myriad combinations that make wine, for so many, a fascination lasting a lifetime.
