Blow your own drinking glass classes are offered Thursday through Saturday.
Feel the heat as you make a custom drinking glass from molten glass that is uniquely yours. Pick your colors and (with the help of our glassblower) dip the molten glass into colored frit, re-heat the glass in the "glory hole," sit at the bench, use tools, and blow into the mold. (Or choose a Christmas ornament blowing experience.)
Must be 8 years or older. Hot glass requires overnight cooling. Your glass will be ready to pick up the next day or shipping can be arranged for an additional charge.

We're the only glassblowing studio in Fredericksburg and we're family & leashed-dog friendly. Saturdays – hours vary (check website). Reservations are not required. Onsite gallery features 21 local, regional and visiting artists.

Feel the heat of the glassblowing “hot shop” as your group makes ornaments (or suncatchers).
Pick colors and (with our glassblower's help) dip the molten glass into colored frit, re-heat the glass in the "glory hole," blow into the blow tube to shape the ornament and knock the ornament off the pipe.
4-6 people/ornaments per hr. Must be 8 years or older. Hot glass requires overnight cooling. Your ornament is ready to pick up the next day or shipping can be arranged for an additional charge.

Fredericksburg Glassblowing at Enchanted Fredericksburg Ranch (EFR) is proud to welcome master glassblower Marc Kornbluh, founder and owner of Lincoln Hot Glass in Nebraska, as the visiting artist-in-residence November 3–8.
During his visit, Kornbluh will lead a three-day “Build & Blow” workshop (Nov. 5–7), where participants will create their own solar-powered hydroponic planter and blow glass flowers for the built-in fountain. Workshop registration is closed, but observers are welcome to watch and purchase the instructions and order the glass flowers to construct on their own. Pre-registration to observe is required.
