Bottega Salaria is a Roman-inspired osteria and fraschetta that brings the flavors, traditions, and hospitality of Rome to the Texas Hill Country. Inside, the osteria offers a full-service dining experience focused on classic Roman and Lazio dishes—fresh pasta, artisanal cheeses, salumi, and thoughtfully selected Italian wines. Outside, our Fraschetta Romana recreates the relaxed countryside taverns found around Rome, where guests gather around communal tables to enjoy simple, rustic food, wine, and aperitivo in a lively, convivial atmosphere. Alongside the restaurant, the bottega offers a small marketplace where guests can take home the same Italian ingredients they enjoy at the table.
