Chef Marvin's culinary journey commenced in the mid-1980s at the esteemed French restaurant, The Normandy, in Denver, Colorado. He further honed his skills under the tutelage of Master Chefs in Snowmass and Vail, Colorado, before ultimately finding his home in Texas during the 1990s. With over 35 years of experience in the fine food and wine industry, Chef Marvin expertly crafts custom menus tailored to each occasion, showcasing his prowess in the art of food and wine pairings. Having served as an Executive Chef in renowned Hill Country restaurants for more than two decades, his culinary expertise and passion continue to captivate discerning palates. Chef Marvin offers romantic dinner experiences as well as small, intimate catering for up to 12 people.
