The Fredericksburg Farm Haus is a beautiful 3 bedroom home two blocks from Main Street. Secluded on more than an acre, the home is surrounded by trees and backs up to Baron's Creek. There's LOTS of outdoor spaces to enjoy from the firepit, swings, and 3 porches, which is hard to beat in downtown Fredericksburg!

Soaring ceilings greet you as you enter the stunning living room with a fireplace that leads to a fully-equipped kitchen. The spacious living room and dining area are right off of the kitchen & feature a 10--foot zinc-top dining table, huge sectional sofa, flat screen TV and Sonos sound system.

The downstairs master includes a king bed with400+ thread count linens and an attached bathroom with soaker tub and walk-in shower. Three sets of French doors at the backside of the house open up to a sitting porch and massive back-yard with a built in fire-pit, string lighting, and views of Baron's Creek and beyond. A new deck overlooking Baron's Creek is shared with the Carriage House in back.

Upstairs includes a second master bedroom with king size bed, and elegant furnishings as well as a custom-built bunkroom - featuring 2 queens, 2 doubles and 2 twins -
all pillowtops with top of the line linens - capable of comfortably sleeping 8 adults or 10 children.. Situated in between is a cozy sitting room overlooking the living room that doubles as an additional sleeping area with a sleeper sofa.

Cute house. Quiet. Very easy walk to downtown Fredericksburg. Enough room for everyone to spread out. Beds in two master bedrooms very comfortable. My only suggestion would be window screens so people who like to sleep with windows open could have insect defenses. All together very nice experience though.

40th Birthday Girls Trip

My group of 10 ladies had the best experience here! The house was beautiful and spacious. Check in and communication were very easy. The big comfy couch was big enough for us to have a little movie time. The house was within walking distance to a few late night spots. It was a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend for anyone that is considering it!

Perfect place for girls weekend!

Perfect Stay!!

We stayed in this lovely house a few weeks ago for my husband’s 50th birthday and it was all around wonderful!! The house is better than described and the backyard/creek were perfect for my husband’s party. Beautiful furnishings and had more than enough room for our 9 family members. We always had excellent communication with Buck and even got the chance to meet him briefly during our stay. Great guy! You will not regret choosing this house for your Fredericksburg rental and the location can’t be beat!
