We had a great breakfast here while heading out of Fredericksburg. It’s definitely a locals’ place with no wait. They are not stingy on drink sizes, air con, or cheese. The flour tortillas were thick and delicious. And the prices were very reasonable. It was seat yourself but the service was cheerful and quick. This is a great option for a quicker breakfast if you don’t have time for a leisurely Fredericksburg brunch.
So yummy! My husband and I ate here for under $20, which is hard to find nowadays, and I got 4 mini tacos plate and he got eggs, beef, potatoes, bacon, tortillas. Both big meals. We loved it.

The thing about this place is that if you just order entrees, you can get a load of food for super cheap. It's really fantastic. You can get a couple of tacos and a couple of quesadillas for like 8 bucks. You can walk away full as a king, having spent the money of a peasant. And I love it. The food is good too.
