Held Haus is a charming cottage in a quiet residential area of Fredericksburg. With 2 king bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a wonderfully roomy bathroom, Held Haus has all the comforts for a wonderful stay. The crown jewel of Held Haus is the kitchen, painted in a cheerful seafoam green and complete with modern stainless steel appliances. Outdoors guests will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of partaking in all Fredericksburg has to offer! Please note to gain access to hot tub in back you must walk outside and around the house.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
