Welcome to Hermes Ranch House! Nestled in the stunning Texas Hill Country, this renovated ranch house offers serenity just a brief five-minute drive from historic downtown. Discover unique shops, wine-tasting rooms, and exquisite cuisine. The expansive open floor plan of this beautiful ranch house provides an ideal setting for groups of friends or family to unwind. Cap off your day of exploring Fredericksburg's charm with a soothing soak in the hot tub, adding the perfect touch to your getaway.

Each of the three bedrooms has king-size beds with luxuriously comfortable bedding to ensure a rejuvenating night's sleep, and each has its own TV. The bathrooms both have spacious walk-in showers with beautiful decorative tile.

Soothing mint green cabinetry with black accents and a butcher block countertop adorns the farmhouse-style kitchen. While Fredericksburg offers fantastic cuisine, the kitchen is well-equipped to make a delicious meal if you prefer to dine in during your stay.

The outdoor area is terrific for relaxing after a day on the town; open a bottle of Texas Wine, soak in the hot tub or take in the night sky gathered around the fire pit.

Book both homes to accommodate a group of up to eight guests. Hermes Ranch House sleeps six, and Coco Casita sleeps 2.

This property's unique benefit is its peaceful hill country location, but please note that Wi-Fi may be spotty. However, guests can still enjoy the Dish Network premium package for a great TV viewing experience.

This was an excellent venue with comfortable beds, decorated beautifully, carport for your vehicles, and wonderful rooms with one having a private bath.
There are televisions in every bedroom and main gathering room; however, it is all streaming and Internet is very weak in the area. So if you are a big television watcher, you probably will not be able to do so. This is not a problem with Cozi but rather an issue with Fredericksburg infrastructure.
We had three guys doing a motorcycle trip and the place was much better and less expensive than any hotel/motel in the area and much nicer.
Highly recommend a Cozi property.

Perfect spot for a girls trip. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds. Provided the space and time together that we were looking for!

Make sure to download a white noise app. Home is close to the highway but white noise app solved the noise issue.

Easy check-in, property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Water was either really cold or hot, but we managed. Beds were extremely comfortable, Hot tub was already heated when we got there. Very pleasant stay, whenever I come back to Fredericksburg, I'll try to stay at this property again.
