Within Legacy Ranch, two historic guest houses, accommodating 12 guests, await in a private, gated haven just 8 minutes from Fredericksburg's Main Street. Legacy Chapel & Legacy Oaks Reception Hall, both graced with ethereal charm, stand ready for up to 100 guests, ensuring an extraordinary wedding day. RENOVATION NOTICE
June 2023 - May 2024
With the addition of the Legacy Oaks Reception Hall, Legacy Ranch will be re-opened for weddings beginning in May 2024.
Due to ongoing construction, tours are by appointment only and subject to change.
Conceptual image is the Legacy Oaks Reception Building. The right rear of the building is the Catering Prep Kitchen while the open area is the very polished and well-appointed bar with beer taps, keg refrigerators & bartender wells. The front right area is the luxurious lounge & dressing room for the Groom & their Groomsmen. The entire front of the 70' wide building is a 12' deep covered porch.

LEGACY OAKS
Our reception hall comes with wood cross-back chairs, 3’x8’ reception tables & serving tables. (May 2024)
RECEPTION BAR
Well-appointed bar with beer taps, keg refrigerators & bartender wells. (Coming May 2024)
BRIDAL ROOM
Private & well-appointed bridal party dressing room, with small fridge and group make-up station.
CATERING KITCHEN
10’x12’ Catering Prep Kitchen for vendors and event cake and food storage. (Coming May 2024)

Elopements & other small events (up to 20 total event guests) are only reserved up to 90 days from the event date & based on date availability.

Legacy Ranch property can host up to 12 overnight guests with additional accommodations for up to 12 additional guests all within a .5 mile radius

Price does not include wedding coordinator, food, drinks, flowers, photography, music, draping, officiant/minister or additional lighting (with the exception of lighting already on property)

A stunning array of silk florals in white or multi-color as well as lanterns, antique furniture, easels and wedding decor signage are available for rent

Officiant & Wedding Coordinator are available for an additional fee

Our choice of Professional licensed security will be required where alcohol will be served

Only our choice of TABC certified & insured bartenders will be allowed to serve alcohol

No animals are allowed to be brought onto Legacy Ranch property by guests or to participate in your wedding without prior mutual agreement and confirmation of insurance

All Weddings at Legacy Ranch will require a separate event insurance policy naming Legacy Ranch as an additional insured party by SWBC Insurance Services

All Vendors must carry & provide their insurance policy

All Weddings will require an event contract & non-refundable deposit to reserve your date
