Originally built in 1917, this stunning remodeled home is ideal for families, larger groups, social gatherings, wine tastings, and company retreats. This home boasts a beautiful private pool and hot tub, and outdoor grill. The home presents a contemporary vibe with open concept living, dining, and kitchen space, making it perfect for entertaining and socializing. This property is located only 4 blocks from Main Street, making it a premium choice during your visit to Fredericksburg. This home offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
Massive open living and dining area equipped to handle larger groups, social gatherings, wine tastings but also intimate setting depending on your preference. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in.
The spacious bedrooms offer the latest bamboo mattresses and bedding offering an optimally comfortable and luxurious night's sleep, especially after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries.
This home has an amazing front porch for morning coffee or for a late evening cocktail. While the backyard offers a secluded oasis with a pool, hot tub, and lounge furniture. The pool does not include heating yet the hot tub is readily accessible. In addition, outdoor eating and grill are available.
For those staying longer, a washer and dryer are available.
Covered parking for 2, drive-way will fit 4 vehicles.

Stunning property, we had a great time. We were 2 families of 4 adults and 5 kids and it all worked really well. We loved the pool and hot tub and spent hours enjoying it. The sitting room was perfect for a movie night. And the laundry was heaven - we had been on the road for a while so great to have access to a huge washer and dryer! Only recommendation would be to add more chairs to the indoor and outdoor seating areas - there were only 6 seats but the house sleeps 10. Great place though, we loved it!

This house was absolutely beautiful! The photos are amazing but the house in real life is beyond! There was 10 ladies and this house was more than enough for us! Everything was great. What a perfect trip to celebrate my sisters 40th! The house was beautiful! The first night was a bit rough due to the smoke detectors alarming (no emergency, just battery issues) which kept us up all night but Cozi did an excellent job with service recovery.

Great location for a Girls Getaway Weekend!!! This home was perfect for our gathering. The large living, dining, and kitchen area was perfect for us to hang out and visit with friends we hadn't spent time with in a while. It was so nice that we stayed in for the evenings rather that going out. Hot tub worked great, as did everything else in the house. Plenty of beds, so that no one had to sleep on the sofa or air mattresses.

Wonderful house. Was better then expected. We loved the layout and the coziness/charm of the house. The location was great, close enough for a walk or quick drive but far enough out of town for quiet. We felt at home, safe and comfortable in the house. The master bed was super comfortable and our kids said the other beds were as well. It was just us and our 3 kids but we will for sure be back with a bigger group at some point.

What a beautiful home in a perfect walking distance from Main Street! This rental exceeded our expectations, as the pictures didn’t even do the place justice! It was the perfect vacation rental to celebrate a girl’s weekend for one of our brides to be! My only wish is that the hot tub worked, as it was out of order during our stay, but I was given plenty of a heads up notice on that by the Cozi team. Will definitely book a rental through Cozi again!

I stayed with three friends for a girls’ weekend and we all resoundingly agreed - this home is great! Furnishings are accurately reflected in photos. The home is spacious and clean, definitely well maintained. Beds are comfortable. We had questions about how to heat the hot tub so we called Cozi and they were able to help us right away. My wife and some girlfriends went to enjoy time together in Fredericksburg. They arrived and immediately were taken aback by how beautiful the home was. Everything was clean, organized and comfortable. The host was very attentive when we would have questions. Would recommend staying here if you want to be in walking distance to downtown as well.

Pros: this is an absolutely gorgeous house. The shared kitchen/dining/living room space are great for socializing. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and there are lots of plug ins for electronics. The master bathroom is lavish, and the half bath is thoughtfully positioned by the deck so it’s a quick dash from the hot tub or pool to use the bathroom and return to the party without getting the house wet. The house has high end finishes and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Cons: we had several issues during our stay which the cozi teams told me they would be addressing. I believe the management company takes great pride in their work, if these issues are resolved I would have not a single complaint about our stay. Mainly the smell in the guest bathroom, the coffee maker not working and the overflowing trash outside were our issues. The only thing the team couldn’t remedy was the fact that although the house is technically walking distance from Main Street we took about 25 minutes to walk there. Still not a bad walk on a nice day!

The only thing the team couldn’t remedy was the fact that although the house is technically walking distance from Main Street we took about 25 minutes to walk there. Still not a bad walk on a nice day!

This house is perfect for a couples weekend. The home has a great open concept for larger groups. Even the outdoor area has enough seating. The hot tub was a nice addition for the cooler weather that arrived mid-trip. Vivian's communication was great and the house was clean and ready for us. Note, in addition to the king bed in the master, there are 2 twin beds. And, 1 of the other bedrooms is connected to the other - so, you have to go through the bedroom to get out. It did not bother any of us, but it should be known that 2 of the rooms are only semi-private. We would absolutely book this house again.

We loved this Airbnb so much! The house was beautiful in every way. There are so many thoughtful details put into the place. We loved having a large kitchen to spread out and everyone could help with the meals. The large table allowed us room to spread out and play board games. We also loved having a washer and dryer. The pool was spectacular. Our family had tons of fun in the pool. We really loved how beautiful the place was. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to Main Street. This amazing home was perfect for my cousins bachelorette weekend. With everything going on in the world we decided to stay in Texas and luckily had an amazing home to have a getaway weekend to celebrate the bride to be. This house is beyond spacious and so accommodating for 10 women (we all know that can be tricky lol). And it has a pool!!! We had a little issue with the door, but the property manager quickly responded and resolved. 10 out of 10 recommend and hope to rent in the future!

My family and I came for a staycation since everything right now is a little crazy. We felt very safe and found nothing that would make us worried about COVID. The house was sparkling clean and very beautiful. Our kids loved the pool and the backyard was very relaxing.
