REMINDER: Election Day November 5
While there are 10 Texas Constitutional Amendments on this year’s election ballot, Texas Proposition No. 5 is a constitutional amendment that will dedicate funds to state and local parks and historic sites. It would be an important piece of funding for some local hospitability partners as it will pay for improvements to state and local parks, help protect wildlife and enhance historic properties, while no new taxes will be required.
