 FCVB Announces New Staffers

FREDERICKSBURG, Texas — The Fredericksburg Convention and Visitor Bureau welcomes a pair of newcomers to its team, including Communications Associate Sean Doerre and Travel Counselor India Leinweber.

Doerre will promote Fredericksburg and Gillespie County as a travel destination using various forms of communication, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Originally from Fredericksburg, Doerre earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a minor in Film and Digital Media from Baylor University in 2011. He comes to the FCVB, after nearly five years of serving in the Baylor Athletic Communications office.  Doerre enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with family.

Leinweber will welcome visitors, local partners and residents to the Visitor Information Center and provide information on Fredericksburg and Gillespie County attractions, restaurants, lodging, current events and more. Being a 5th generation Texan, Leinweber’s Texas roots run deep with her ancestors helping settle Kerrville and New Braunfels.  She can also claim Davy Crockett on her family tree.  As a former teacher who graduated from Texas A&M, Leinweber enjoys Texas history.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, cross-stitch, walking, being outdoors, cooking and spending time with her three young grandchildren.
