This little jewel is a mile from town perched on a hill side and was built in 2005 by a 90 year old builder from San Micheal, Mexico. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master is on the main floor and two guest rooms are upstairs. It sleeps eight very comfortably, however, there are two more twin beds in the hall upstairs if you need it to sleep ten. Enjoy the Texas/Italian style design throughout. Wake up and have coffee on the veranda overlooking the Hill Country or snuggle up to a fire in the living room. Close enough to town you can be there in 3 minutes but far enough away to see all the stars.
