This is a nearly 100 year old historic garage converted into a quaint bunkhouse. You're in the country here, with roosters crowing and you might hear rain on the tin roof! This is a guesthouse next to the main house, but is completely private with it's own entrance, parking, and small yard. It is in a residential area that is right outside the city limits. You are in the country in an older abode- there may be bugs, wildlife, dust from the stone walls, etc. The Four Seasons it is not- but it is one of the most affordable spaces to stay in Fredericksburg. It will comfortably accommodate 2 guests.
