Base your Fredericksburg stay within walking distance to restaurants and all the town has to offer. The Well House is updated and modern, yet historic. Enjoy a large walk-in shower, partake in a morning Nespresso beverage or relax on the sofa in front of the electric fireplace. The bedroom, with a queen bed is tucked into a cellar, providing a cozy feel. Note that the ceilings are lower since it is a renovated cellar. There is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, Nespresso maker, microwave, toaster and dishes. There is a covered patio with table and chairs and private parking. The Well House is located behind a main residence but is private.
