“The Shed” offers wonderful views of the countryside and is located just a few miles from Fredericksburg. Originally a sheep shearing shed and was built around the same time as the original house. It has been converted into the lovely yet comfortable home you now see. As you drive up to “The Shed” you will notice a great porch that wraps around half of the cabin. Seating on the porch is perfect for enjoying the countryside views. Inside is a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath Your hosts call the décor “rustic luxury”, which you will find is both comfortable and well appointed. The living room has a comfy sofa and oversized leather chair all placed to enjoy the direct satellite television. There are even a few games to enjoy during your stay. A fully-equipped kitchen is adjacent and open to the living room. A large refrigerator, range/ oven, microwave and coffeemaker are found in the kitchen. One bedroom and one bathroom can accommodate two guests.
