Welcome to The Oaks. This property begs the label of the perfect Fredericksburg getaway with its beautiful touches, upscale amenities & midcentury-modern staples. The property has created the ultimate, stylish retreat where you can create the memories. There's even a hot tub. Bring the girls, the family or your friends and stay a while. The space sleeps 12 guests with four king size beds and two queen sofa beds. There are three full bathrooms with walk-in showers and another with a bathtub/shower combo and an additional half bath. Each level has its own kitchen and there is a kitchenette in the game room. The game room includes a shuffleboard table, arcade game machine and an XBOX. The home includes a washer and dryer for long stay. Outside, there is a fire pit and gas and charcoal grills. Pets allowed.
