Welcome to Sunday Abode. This charming home is tucked away just a short three mile drive to historic downtown Fredericksburg and minutes from all the great wineries on the 290 Wine Trail.
This gorgeous two-story home consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. As you walk through the front door the beautiful wood floor draws you into the cozy and comfortable living room, complete with a large television and a wood stove. Down the hall, the modern and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar. Once that morning cup of coffee is made to perfection, step out of the kitchen into the sunroom and watch the sunrise while rocking away your cares in one of the rockers. The downstairs master bedroom features a king size bed set in a wrought iron bed frame. The upstairs bedroom also features a king size bed and its own En-suite bathroom. Outside, take advantage of the swing hanging from the large tree in the backyard or sit on the porch and enjoy the peaceful and beautiful scenery.
