Newly constructed in 2022, River's Edge Cottages is a quiet waterfront property where farmhouse meets luxury. Comprised for six private cottages, each include vaulted ceilings, a large front porch and kitchenette or full kitchen. Located along the spring-fed Pedernales River, you can launch a kayak or water float for an afternoon adventure. Explore the riverside walking trails carved out by local wildlife or just relax and enjoy the beautiful Hill cCuntry setting.
Dotted with hammocks and swings, this waterfront oasis is bordered by ranches with photogenic horses, goats, sheep, donkeys, and llamas. Perfect for group gatherings, a large covered pavilion features comfy furnishings, a bathroom, and a backdrop wall for great social media photos. Firepits present the ideal spot for stargazing under big Texas skies.
The Mimosa, Verbena, and Primrose cottages are configured with a luxe private hot tub. The Mimosa and Paintbrush cottages have two bedrooms and a full kitchen, while the other cottages have one bedroom and a kitchenette (sink, full-size fridge, microwave, Keurig, countertop skillet, and toaster).
The property can sleep 28 total and units can be rented altogether or separately.
