Brand new 220 sq ft private guest suite with private bath and private entrance....you will have it all to yourself though you do share a common wall and door with the main house. Door can be locked from the guest's side. There is a mini-fridge, and a hot water/pod coffee maker for supplied coffee/tea. There is no TV at this time, but there is WiFi and Netflix available for your personal devices. Located in a quiet neighborhood, a 12 minute walk to Main St. Off street parking if you wish. There is access to a hammock and chairs down by Baron's Creek...just a couple minutes walk around the corner. One bedroom and one bathroom for two guests.
