About
OroBianco Italian Creamery, located in Stonewall at 48 Ranch Road 1623 and in Fredericksburg at 421 E. Main St., owns and operates the first and only water buffalo dairy and creamery in the state of Texas. Using milk from water buffalo they craft small-batch gelato and other dairy products. Gelato is made in small batches. Never using mixes or packaged ingredients, they use fresh fruit that is hand-pick weekly from local Texas farms, chocolate made from raw, single origin cacao beans in-house, herbs grown themselves and eggs from ducks raised on their ranch in Fredericksburg. They are deliberate in composing recipes and flavors that highlight local terroir. This is seriously small-batch gelato, y'all.
The Stonewall location also features a full coffee bar, charcuterie boards, pizzas and more.
The Main Street location is open 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily.
