OroBianco Italian Creamery owns and operates the first and only water buffalo dairy and creamery in the state of Texas. Using milk from water buffalo they craft small-batch gelato and other dairy products. Gelato is made in small batches. Never using mixes or packaged ingredients, they use fresh fruit that is hand-pick weekly from local Texas farms, chocolate made from raw, single origin cacao beans in-house, herbs grown themselves and eggs from ducks raised on their ranch in Fredericksburg. They are deliberate in composing recipes and flavors that highlight local terroir. This is seriously small-batch gelato, y'all. The Stonewall location also features a full coffee bar, charcuterie boards, and more.
