The FISHERman’s Paradise is located on five acres of fun! Not only does the house overlook the Pedernales, but there are a couple of private paths leading down to the river. Bring your fishing poles and enjoying a little rest and relaxation as you throw your lines in the river.
LOCATION - 12 miles south of Fredericksburg on Morris Ranch Road
HOSTS - Home is to yourself—no host on property.
SLEEPS - Sleeps up to 10; 8 people comfortably with a King bedroom, two Queen bedrooms, and a day bed on the enclosed porch (making into two single beds). There is also an AeroBed mattress for an extra person or two.
BATH - Two bathrooms- Large whirlpool tub and separate shower in master bedroom and two bedrooms share a clawfoot tub/shower.
KITCHEN - There is a fully equipped kitchen and a small coffee bar in master bedroom.
BREAKFAST - Coffee and teas are left; no breakfast
AMENITIES - CH/A, 32” HDTV w/ Dish Network offering over 200 channels, 850 feet of Pedernales River frontage, private decks over looking river, WIRELESS INTERNET, double sided wood fireplace facing living room and one bedroom
