An exciting new addition to Fischer & Wieser’s flagship property, Dietz Distillery is located just next door to Das Peach Haus. This charming little Fredericksburg distillery was established with a strong foundation in beloved German and Austrian traditions. Founded by Case Dietz Fischer, Jr. in November 2021, the distillery is dedicated to preserving age-old distilling techniques. Guests can explore the fascinating history and methods of alcohol distillation, purchase gourmet cocktail mixes, and indulge in a variety of classic and artisanal cocktails.
