About
Creek Street Nagel Haus
This charming Victorian was built in 1907 by the Nagel Family. It is one of the jewels of this German settlement. Located two blocks from Main Street in the Historic District, it’s an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, museums, and festivals at Marktplatz. The house features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The bathroom is purely Victorian with a footed tub, pedestal sink, and etched glass window. The living room has comfortable seating and cable TV & DVD. The country kitchen has room for all to gather around the table. The sunroom has a cozy daybed and chairs. It’s the perfect place to curl up with a good book or conversation with good friends. Outside on the back terrace are table and chairs to enjoy to wonderful Hill Country weather.
Creek Street Cottage
Behind the Nagel Haus is The Cottage. Inside is a living/dining room and wood fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen has everything two people will need—electric range/oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. The bedroom has a queen bed and the bathroom has a shower. Just outside the bedroom is a screened porch with a white wicker table and chairs. Two bicycles are also found on the porch for those adventurous people wanting to explore this special town.
