Cottage on College is nestled into gorgeous landscaping including bright and flowering shrubs. The covered carport allows for plenty of guest parking. The front porch has seating for two. A soft leather couch is the staple in the living room, along with two arm chairs perfect for watching a movie, enjoying a cocktail or just reconnecting with friends and family. A formal dining room has room for six. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and lots of natural light. There is a built-in bar with casual seating, a laundry nook and a small desk area. Two bedrooms feature king beds and HDTVs. The third bedroom has two queen beds and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms. The backyard features a covered porch, a gas barbecue and picnic table. There is also a fire pit and cornhole. Sleeps 10.
