This Texas Historical marker home was built in 1909 for Emil & Bertha Riley and purchased in 1912 by Charles Enderlin, Sr. and remained in the Enderlin Family for more than seventy years. Features of the home that are so typical of Fredericksburg are the side-gabled roof, shed roof, front porch, and two front doors. The Blue Cottage is located only four blocks from the central part of downtown Fredericksburg in a residential neighborhood. It has been beautifully renovated to be completely fresh inside and out. The bedroom is spacious with its lovely comforter and comfy antique chairs. The kitchen is large and completely furnished for you to cook.
