Built in 1929, the 1929 Craftsman Charmer includes original wood floors, classic furnishings as well as the modern comforts of home. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, accommodating up to four guests. There are two bathrooms. The kitchen includes original cabinets, farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances and an antique coffee grinder. Living area, formal dining and electric fireplace all create a cozy ambiance. Outside, there is a gas grill, picnic table, fire table, hot tub and front porch seating.

Wash House is an updated studio that was a laundry house in 1929. The home welcomes guests for a one-of-a-kind garden and historic relics. The home can sleep three guests in a queen bed and a sofa bed. There is one bathroom. Brew your morning coffee with a Keurig complete with pods or reheat your food in the kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Relax in the living on the leather sofa and watch something on the Wi-Fi enabled flat screen TV. Outside there is a bistro table for outdoor dinning and a fire table. The ceilings in the home are low and can not comfortable accommodate guests over six-feet tall.
