FCVB Seeks Request for Proposals

The Fredericksburg Convention and Visitor Bureau, located in Fredericksburg, Texas (hereinafter referred to as “Fredericksburg CVB”) is seeking proposals and qualifications from experienced advertising and marketing agency and/or consulting firms to provide a variety of advertising and marketing services.

The Fredericksburg CVB is seeking a four-year agreement, with a one-year renewal option if all parties are satisfied with the results. The contract start date is October 1, 2023.

AGENCY SELECTION PROCESS AND TIMELINE

The Fredericksburg CVB is accepting proposals and qualifications for an experienced advertising and marketing agency and/or consulting firms to provide a variety of advertising and marketing services.

To be considered, please communicate your agency’s intention to submit an RFP by email to akoone@fbgtx.org and bclosson@fbgtx.org and include your agency’s primary contact by 5 PM Friday, June 30, 2023.

If your agency has specific questions, please submit all questions by 5 PM on Friday, July 7. Questions may be submitted to Amanda Koone, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at akoone@fbgtx.org by Friday, July 7, 2023. Answers to submitted questions will be sent to all known respondents by July 11, 2023.
